How will Department Timekeepers handle full-time absence eligible employees who do not have a regular work schedule?

Employees eligible for time off (vacation, sick, etc.) are required to have a schedule in PeopleSoft to know how to apply the employee’s time off and holiday benefits. 

If an absence eligible employee is missing a work schedule, timekeepers are to advise the employee's supervisor and have them submit the Schedule Change Request Form to the Payroll Office.
