Can an employees schedule be changed to accommodate departmental needs?

Yes, submit a Schedule Change Request Form to the Payroll Office. 

Timeliness of schedules changes are important as outdated schedules may impact an employee’s time off balances taken, decrements of balances.   

Note: Hours worked more or less than the employees assigned work schedule does not require a schedule change, if it is a one-time occurrence in the work week.
