What forms need to be filled out when there is a Department Manager transition?

1) Change Department Manager in PeopleSoft - Chart of Account Maintenance form – Accounting Office 


2) Update Budget Authority Signer - UTShare Departmental User Access form – Business Information Services

Note: Budget Authority signer will be updated when the Department Manager is updated in PeopleSoft.


3) Updates to the “Reports To” supervisor in PeopleSoft - “Position Attribute Change” form – Human Resources 

Note: This will only need to be submitted if the department employees “Reports To” supervisor did not get updated in PeopleSoft.


5) Procard - Card Maintenance Request (CMR) - Procard/Travel Card Administration (PTCA)
