A travel authorization was not approved before the travel dates, what action needs to be taken?

PeopleSoft does not let you approve travel documents after the travel dates have passed.

A Travel Authorization Form (TAFwill need to be processed.

  • If the TA is in pending status the department must submit an email to DTS to have the TA deleted.
  • If the TA is in workflow, the department must have the current approver "Terminate" the TA.
