What action is required if a user accidentally creates a receipt in Rowdy Exchange for some items that have not been received?

A Rowdy Exchange receipt can be modified in Rowdy Exchange until it is brought over to PeopleSoft. If the receipt has already been brought over to PeopleSoft send an email with an explanation to Frank Salinas (frank.salinas@utsa.edu) requesting the modification.
