When reconciling my Procard charges I see employees that are no longer with the university. How do I remove these names from my view?

It is highly recommended that these employees remain in the "Look up" Employee ID view. There may be charges or credits that appear at a later date and if the employee is removed the PTCA office will not be able to determine where those charges or credits need to be applied.
