When I open a document it does not give me the option or buttons to approve the document. What should I do?

This may be a browser issue. Here are the instructions on how to clear your history, depending on which browser you are using. Clear your cache

Completely close out the browser after clearing your history so that it can refresh.

You may also need to try it in another browser and do the same.
