If an employee is not showing up on my timekeeper list and he/she falls under another Department ID, what should I do?

You will need to get together with that department timekeeper so that he/she can enter the time. Based on the employees position that now determines where the time reporting will be located, that may mean a corrective action will need to be completed to adjust the Department ID of the position. If you believe any corrective action may be necessary to change the employees department ID, then submit a Modify Position Form.
