If an employee is not showing up on my timekeeper list and he/she falls under another Department ID, what should I do?

You will need to get together with that department timekeeper so that he/she can enter the time. The employee's position now determines where the time reporting will be located, that may mean a corrective action will need to be completed to adjust the Department ID of the position. 

If you believe any corrective action may be necessary to change the employees "Owning unit", then an update to the Personal Action process may need to take place.
